WOD Doc: Technique: Wall Ball
Episode 83: the Wall Ball is essentially a squat with a dynamic overhead press. Position of the low back, thoracic spine and hands on the ball are KEY.
TECHNIQUE
Don’t Hug The Ball – position your handsĀ ‘below the equator’ – it helps with pushing the ball up faster
Tuck Those Elbows – this naturally happens when you’re below the equator and offsets shoulder problems
Sit Tall and Butt Back – this spares your low back and keeps your t-spine tall and secure
