WOD Doc: Stability Solution for ACL Sprains / Tears
Episode 114: So you’ve got some knee pain. Perhaps it’s an old ACL sprain or tear, or knee pain in general.
Here, Dr. Tim shows us how to use Rock Tape to adequately support the area of the knee. Note the tape placement and tension when he applies the tape. This is critical in adding support to provide protective ‘lift’ for the knee. Further, he adds an ‘anchor’ tape above the knee cap (verify this placement by standing up, else you may find the tape is too low when you stand up). Viola! #KneesOfSteel
