WOD Doc: Shoulder Stability: Pectoralis Major
Episode 34: …#999, #1000! Recall, the shoulder is a complex joint. Muscles on the front (anterior surface) get torched, as do those in the back (posterior). That said, you cannot get away with shoulder therapy without addressing the Pectoralis Major (and Minor), for they are integral in shoulder stability.
Requirements: A wall, corner, or doorway; a barbell. Personally, I like to add a triggerpoint ball into the wall-stretch for added bad-ass-ness.
