Episode 103: Whether you are powering through front squats, weighted lunges or box jumps – any movement that taxes your hip flexor complex will come back to haunt you. Adequate mobility pre and post-workout is essential. Here, Dr. Tim demonstrates treating the Psoas, TFL and Vastus Lateralis using an Alpha Ball (larger than a lacrosse ball) and foam roller. Remember, the pain is the result of your dysfunction, the dysfunction has been there for a lot longer.
