Episode 35: waaaay back in Episode 8, Knee Caving and corrective exercise programming was covered as it pertains to your squat and reducing pain. We revisit this concept again, although now in a dynamic form. Here, the knees are loaded with a resistance band and the athlete’s default (knee caving) is challenged .
