Episode 91: Knee instability can be caused from tracking problem at the patella, or ‘knee cap’. Muscle strengthening and balancing may solve it, but it takes a long time. If you are competing, taping it is your go-to move.

Taping should be done 30-40 minutes prior to your event or exercise to maximize adhesion.
