Episode 50: so far, we have focused on the tibialis anterior and posterior which are muscles that focus around the ‘shin pain’ region of the lower leg. Here, we discuss the posterior compartment, chiefly the Achilles Tendon. Using the barbell, apply pressure and allow your leg to pass along the bar. Repeat until pain levels decrease.
